R/I Plus is a unique, totally paperless, effective tool to gather critical information in the earliest stages of a claim assuring: better control of the claim file improved accuracy of information more effective management of files improved accuracy in evaluating exposure Recorded Interviews are still the most effective way to gather as much information in the shortest amount of time. We have streamlined this process to allow adjusters to obtain recorded interviews on as many claims as necessary with little effort. Simply, call, email or fill out a Recorded Interview Request form and give us the name and phone number of the party you want contacted and some basic information about the claim. Our professionals will contact the party, obtain the interview, digitally record it, and have it transcribed and emailed to you along with the actual recording in wav file format within 48 hours of the taking the statement. All this for a nominal cost of $150. If we fail to take a statement, there will be no charge. Take back control of your claim files by gathering all the facts as soon as possible.
